At Wrapped In Meaning, each item is made with care and created specifically for you. Because many of our products are personalized and custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selections, or personalized/customized orders once production has begun.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: contact@wrappedinmeaning-com.net with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and assist you promptly.

Eligible issues may qualify for:
- A replacement
- A store credit
- A refund (when applicable)

Please note:
- Personalized/custom products cannot be canceled once production has started.
- Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.
- Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing processes.
